Every published reference gives the sector, the country, the asset class and rating, the scope of work and the standards applied. It never names a client without written permission to do so.

Trafoser is a new entity and has not yet delivered a project anywhere. The work behind this company was carried out by Trafo Servis Mühendislik, and the relationship between the two is not yet settled — so that work is not ours to publish under this name.
A reference appears here when two separate things are true: the work is ours to claim, with the delivering entity named on the card, and the customer has permitted publication in the form shown. Neither of those answers the other.
