This policy covers the information you send us through this website. We do not use tracking advertising, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone outside the processors named below.

What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your organisation, organisation type, country, site location, the programmes or products you are interested in, fleet size, ratings, voltages, your situation, any detail you write, your timeline, your procurement route, your name, email address and telephone number. We also record whether you asked for prequalification documents.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and, where it becomes a project, to carry it out. That is the only purpose. We do not build a marketing profile from it.
Lawful basis
Your consent, given when you tick the consent box, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry addressed to us. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to the address above.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Enquiries that become projects are retained for the life of the project and for the period afterwards required by contract, tax and professional liability obligations.
Who else sees it
One processor is sent your enquiry, named because you are entitled to know: Resend, which delivers the email that carries it to us. The website and its database run on a virtual server we rent from IONOS. The enquiry form keeps out bots with a hidden field and a limit on how often one address can send, both checked on that server; no other company is involved. We use no analytics that identify you.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to our processing it, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to the privacy address above and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
International transfers
Our processors may handle your data outside your country. Where that happens it is covered by the safeguards those providers publish.
Security
Enquiries are transmitted over TLS. Access to them is limited to the people handling your enquiry.
