This is the full list of what this site writes to a browser: the name each item is stored under, what it is for, when it is written and how long it lasts. Reading the site writes nothing, and nothing here is used for analytics or advertising.
Reading the site
Reading the site writes nothing to your browser. The one exception is the Night / Day switch at the top of the public pages: pressing either button stores your choice, as a cookie and as a copy in local storage, so that the next page opens the same way. If you never press it, nothing is stored. Your language is not stored either: it comes from the address of the page you are on.
ts_themeCookie- What it is for
- Remembers whether you chose Night or Day, so that every page, the customer portal included, opens in that display. It holds the word night or day and nothing else.

- Only when you press Night or Day.
- How long it lasts
- 12 months from the last time you press the switch.
ts_themeLocal storage- What it is for
- The same choice, kept as a fallback in case your browser refuses the cookie.
- Written when
- At the same moment as the cookie.
- How long it lasts
- Until you clear this site's data in your browser. It has no expiry date of its own.
Sending an enquiry
The enquiry form sets no cookie. When you press send, your browser keeps a copy of your answers in the session storage of that tab, so that they are not lost if the form comes back with a problem. Session storage stays on your device and is never sent to us; what we receive is the form itself.

- A copy of your answers on the enquiry form, put back into the form if it returns with a problem. Your consent is not copied: you give it again each time you send.

- When you press send on the enquiry form.
- How long it lasts
- Deleted when the page confirms that your enquiry was sent, and in any case when you close the tab.
Signing in
Customers with a portal account, and our own staff, are kept signed in by a cookie that is written at the moment of signing in and at no other time. None of these is ever set for someone reading the public pages.
customer_sessionCookie- What it is for
- Keeps a customer signed in to the portal. It holds a random identifier and nothing else, and the page's scripts cannot read it.

- When you sign in to the customer portal.
- How long it lasts
- 30 days, or until you sign out, which deletes it.
admin_sessionCookie- What it is for
- Keeps a member of our staff signed in to the site's administration. The browser sends it only to the administration pages.
- Written when
- When a member of staff signs in. It is never set for a visitor or a customer.
- How long it lasts
- 12 hours from signing in.
ts_editCookie- What it is for
- Tells the public pages to load the photo-editing tool for a member of staff who is signed in. It grants no access on its own.
- Written when
- When a member of staff signs in. It is never set for a visitor or a customer.
- How long it lasts
- 12 hours from signing in, or until they sign out.
trafoser.editPhotosLocal storage- What it is for
- Remembers whether a member of staff has the photo-editing tool switched on.
- Written when
- When a member of staff switches the tool on or off.
- How long it lasts
- Until the browser's data for this site is cleared.
What is not set
No analytics, advertising or social-media cookie, and no cookie belonging to any other company. No page loads a script, frame, font or image from another company's servers, so there is no route by which another company could set one through this site.
Your control
Blocking cookies and site storage costs nothing on the public pages except the remembered display: each page then opens in Night, the site's default. The enquiry form still works, but your answers are not kept if it comes back with a problem. The customer portal cannot keep you signed in without its cookie. You can remove everything listed here at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
